I freakin' love chicken wings. They are so cheap, and easy to throw in the oven and bake. I usually do an Asian style marinade (soy sauce/tamari, sesame oil, chili sauce/sriracha and ginger), but tonight I felt like experimenting.
I present to you the best chicken wing rub ever!
1 T Cumin
1 T Paprika
1 t Chile powder
1 t Garlic powder
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
Combine, sprinkle over wings and bake.
